The production of our gloves starts from the rubber trees found in the best performing plantations in Asia. After a rubber tree reaches approximately 6 to 7 years of age, it is rapped by making a spiral cut through its bark. Frequency and method of tapping vary.
1. Collection of latex from the rubber trees
2. Processing and mixing with preservatives
3. Cleaning and drying
5. Quality control and packing
All our gloves are produced by following strictly each one of the following stages:
In the next stage, a film is formed on the surface of the molds by heading them into a chemical bath. Liquid rubber – which is coming later – will not adhere to bare ceramic but it will to this substance.
